Connecting PR Students

DePaul University's Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) is the premier pre-professional student organization on campus. We encourage students to reach their full PR capabilities by introducing them to the world of networking, and the industry itself. With site visits, guest speakers, conferences, and social events students will never find a reason to be bored. We offer students the chance to better their writing on the DePaul PRSSA PRess blog. DePaul PRSSA gets students ready for the fast-paced career in PR, by building their network full of contacts who will benefit their future.

The Public Relations Student Society of America was founded in 1967 for students with an interest in public relations and communications. PRSSA is made up of over 10,000 students with over 300 chapters in the United States, Argentina, Columbia, and Peru. With support from the parent company PRSA (Public Relations Society of America).

The Teahan Awards recognize outstanding achievements of PRSSA National chapters in just 12 categories. DePaul PRSSA's regional conferences draw PRSSA members from across the U.S. and excelled in the benefits it continues to provide for its members. DePaul hosted 2023's Midwest Conference, too.
