Jordyn Holliday is a Social Media Manager at Fortune 100 financial services firm TIAA, where he drives content strategy for the company's global enterprise of industry-leading brands: TIAA, Nuveen and TIAA Bank. He previously held the role of Social Media Specialist & Content Writer at Chicago-area College of DuPage, where he was named a communications industry Rising Star by Ragan Communications and PR Daily in 2021.
He is also a proud advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion in communications and beyond, serving on a variety of DEI committees and leadership councils within and outside of the organizations he's worked for.
Zoe Krey is a Communications Manager at Walgreens. She is a dynamic, highly motivated communications professional and is responsible for developing strategy and executing proactive brand and strategic communications initiatives focused on Walgreens retail product offering, including Walgreens private label. She is a proud Double Demon with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, as well as public relations & advertising, and a Master of Arts degree in public relations & advertising.
Jack Dae Han Miller
Jack Dae Han Miller is a Chicago-based Account Executive at G&S Business Communications, a B2B agency with offices in New York, Chicago and Raleigh. He has experience in the financial services and agriculture sectors, and his work focuses on content creation, international program management and industry research. He has also helped lead diversity, equity and inclusion efforts at G&S for 2.5 years, including spearheading a revamp of his company's recruitment practices and leading his office's DE&I education program. As a student at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Jack worked in digital marketing and event management, and was a leader in the campus LGBTQ and Asian American communities. As a queer, Asian American adoptee, Jack is passionate about advancing social justice causes within and outside of the workplace, and empowering other young professionals to both demand and create the change they deserve to see.
Lauren Scott, is a results-orientated strategic communications professional with a passion for creating, coordinating, and executing plans to achieve business objectives. She aims to cultivate relationships and gain influence among stakeholders to ensure consistency towards strategic initiatives. As an out-of-the-box thinker she believes an integrated approach allows for the greatest impact among an organization’s target audience. Her background blends advertising, marketing, and public relations experience in the higher education, automotive, and insurance sectors.
In her current role as a Senior Communications Manager at Michigan State University, Lauren develops and implements strategic communications plans supporting the offices belonging to the Executive Vice President for Administration and Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer that aligns with the university’s vision, mission, and strategic priorities, as well as with overarching branding foci. Most recently, Lauren worked at Allstate where she supported national proactive media outreach initiatives and campaigns, as well as National Disaster Prep and Recovery efforts. Additionally, she provided strategic communications support and content creation for service product owners, in addition to developing communication strategies and materials to support new programs and processes to advance senior leadership’s department priorities. Previously she worked for Agency 720 as an advertising account manager for Chevrolet dealer groups and at Tanner Friedman as an account assistant.
Lauren is a proud Michigan State University and DePaul University alumna. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. Her interest includes reinvention of brands, policies that govern workplace behaviors, leadership development, DEI initiatives and career readiness for people in their twenties.
David Albritton is a recognized and accomplished business leader, public speaker, and public relations/Communications expert with more than 35 years of leadership experience across the government, corporate and nonprofit sectors. He is the founder and chief executive of the executive coaching and business advisory firm, Nineteen88 Strategies, which specializes in a wide range of management consulting services, most specifically focused on executive and leadership development coaching for corporations, government agencies, nonprofits, associations, small businesses and highly motivated individuals and teams.
David spent 10 years as an officer in the U.S. Navy before transitioning into a variety of senior executive roles in Corporate Communications across the technology, automotive, aerospace & defense, retail, and nonprofit sectors at companies such as General Motors, Amazon Web Services, Exelis Inc., ITT Defense, Raytheon, Hewlett-Packard, Sears, Roebuck & Co. and United Way of America over the next 20+ years. He holds the distinction as one of very few public relations executives to transition into the role of chief executive of a business division at a large global company when he served as the President of General Motors Defense, the GM division that provides advanced automotive technologies to the global aerospace, defense and security markets.
David has pivoted his vast career achievements into becoming a thriving executive development coach and strategist, focused on cultivating and refining the career paths of successful executives and leaders through a holistic and authentic coaching framework. Over the course of his career, he has leveraged his passion, knowledge, and leadership methodologies to inspire positive cultural change, performance optimization, and accelerated career pathing for hundreds of individuals.
He is a valuable resource for companies requiring enhanced skills with leading workforce recruiting & retention, diversity, equity & inclusion strategic development, workplace culture improvement and team development. He is equally skilled at coaching and training for clients seeking assistance with business development, communications, crisis management, resiliency and productivity improvement.

In December 2021, he was selected to become an independent director on the board of Embecta Corp., the Diabetes Care business of Becton, Dickinson and Company that will spin off as an independent, publicly traded company during the first half of 2022.
David is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and earned an M.S. in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School. He has also completed executive education courses at Harvard University, Stanford University, and the Wharton School of Business. He is currently enrolled in Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership - Leadership Coaching Program, as he pursues the credential of certified executive coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
